Deputy of the Supreme Council Oleg Petrik proposed to strengthen responsibility of officials of state authorities for failure to perform or for failure to comply with the terms of the response to the deputy inquiry.
It was noted during discussion of amendments to some legislative acts of PMR that there is no such a rule in the Russian legislation, as there is no, in the opinion of the majority of members of parliament, ignoring by Russian officials of deputy inquiry.
The Government presented a negative opinion on the parliamentary initiative. According to Justice Minister Olga Zvarych, the responsibility should be commensurate with the consequences of the failure of the law.
In confirmation of the relevance of parliament the law-in-draft there was a number of examples addressed to deputies of the responses from the officials in the form of formal replies. Parliamentarians said that explanation of some burning questions requires complete information.
Relevant amendments to some legislative acts of PMR were supported by the deputies in the first reading.
