Free expression of the will

Presidential election like all over the republic started at the polling station №247 of Tiraspol, which is located at the secondary school №10. As of the morning December 11 in 2615 people were included at the election lists of this polling station. 13 people living in its territory, exercised their right early voting - 8 of them voted in advance in the territorial election commission of Tiraspol and 5 people on the eve (December 10) at the premises of the election commission.

According to data provided by the chairman of the precinct election commission Natalia Ivanova, a site was opened on time, and 118 people voted at 8.50.

Monitoring of the free will of the residents of the neighborhood, having the right to choose, is conducted by 10 observers. They represent candidates for the post of President of PMR, community organizations and groups of voters. Polling station, located in the metropolitan school №10 was visited by international observers: the Federation Council member Viktor Kondrashin at 8.20 and the director of the Russian Foreign Ministry MGIMO Center for Post-Soviet Studies Stanislav Cherniavsky at 7.30.
