Sukleya celebrates the temple festival

The village of Sukleya celebrates the temple festival Today. Residents of Sukleya consider St. Dmitry Solunsky to be their patron saint. The local church is of his name. Once his team was famous throughout the Moldavian SSR. Every autumn she sent for processing 100-120 tons of tomatoes and other vegetables.

Today Sukleya is one of the largest villages in Pridnestrovie. Approximately 10 thousand inhabitants of various nationalities live here: Ukrainians, Moldovans, Russians, Jews, Bulgarians. Walking on the Sukleya became much more convenient. Recently, a pavement was laid there. An asphalt path stretched to Tiraspol. A large amount of street lighting has been completed. The House of Culture has been renovated, which has been in critical condition for many years.

Many problems can be quickly solved thanks to the timely assistance of deputies of the Supreme Council. The interests of villagers in the legislature of the republic are represented by its head, Alexander Shcherba. There is reception of citizens in the village the first Friday of each month. For help to the legislator are addressed with problems of a different nature. These are employment issues, housing privatization, and housing improvement.
