Voluntary Saturday work in the village of Krasnoe

Voluntary Saturday work took place in the village of Krasnoe, Slobodzeya District. Residents removed garbage near Maloe Krasnoe Lake. It is located next to the private sector. Waste has been accumulating here for many years. The residents themselves decided to bring order to the lake. The initiative was supported by Sergey Cheban, Deputy of the Supreme Council for the Krasnyansky constituency. He helped with organization of garbage collection and himself undertook to help clean up the area near the lake.

The second voluntary Saturday work took place today. The first one was a week ago. Then the tractor took out three trailers filled with rubbish.

Local residents walk along an asphalt road near the lake. They wanted to see a landscaped area at the place of the garbage.

Voluntary Saturday work participants consider that clean is not where they clean, but where they don't litter. Therefore, they ask villagers not to leave garbage near the lake anymore.
