The Government proposed to allow construction on general use lands plots leased for the construction of permanent, temporary structures and structures on common lands in cases stipulated by Article 125-1 of the PMR Land Code. Provided that the construction of capital structures, as well as temporary structures will be carried out without prejudice to the designated purpose of common lands.
Today the Land Code has a list of requirements under which construction can be permitted. Now the basic law will be supplemented with situations when it will be possible to conduct construction on leased land plots.
The adoption of this provision of the law will allow the transfer of land plots, including for the construction of capital structures and structures, as well as temporary structures and structures in the cases provided for by Article 125-1 of the PMR Land Code. The Supreme Council adopted the law-in-draft in the final reading.
