The list of construction amnesty objects is proposed to be expanded. The initiative was put forward by a group of deputies of the Committee on the agro-industrial complex. Those houses that were built or rebuilt in violation of the law before January 1, 2021 will additionally fall under the construction amnesty. Until now, the construction amnesty concerned houses no higher than 3 floors, built before 2016.
The owners of such houses will be able to register construction or redevelopment without submitting an architectural project. Measures of administrative responsibility will not be applied to them. In this case, all requirements for the safe operation of facilities must be observed.
The Supreme Council supported the legislative initiative of its colleagues and adopted the law-in-draft in the first reading. Work on the document will continue.
