Construction Amnesty for another year

The Supreme Council supported the proposal of the deputy Oleg Leontyev to extend the term of the construction amnesty for individuals. The amendments to the law “On some additional state measures aimed at minimizing the negative impact of external economic factors” were adopted by the deputies in two readings at once. The norm of the law, which was in force this year, will also be relevant.

According to the explanatory note to the law-in-draft, a construction amnesty applies to citizens who in violation of the procedure established by law, carried out construction, reconstruction, and re-equipment of the property, which by the time this amnesty came into force had the right to inherit the object.
