The Strategy and Tactics

Members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council discussed a number of issues on the agenda of tomorrow's plenary meeting. As you know, the deputy corps will consider amendments and addendum to the second reading of the law-in-draft on the republican budget 2018. Previously, the main financial document of the coming year was discussed by the profile parliamentary committees. Received from the legislators amendments, as well as from entities that have the right to legislative initiative were sent to the Committee on Economic Policy.

There are a number of questions for legislators and for the government's initiative to set up a working group for the development of the PMR Tax Code. When starting work on such a serious document, parliamentarians are convinced, it is necessary to understand which direction the state will move in, i.e., the existence of a strategy for its development. The same is in Russia, the chairman of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture Mikhail Burla drew the attention of colleagues.

After a long discussion, the decision was made, which was announced by the speaker Alexander Shcherba.

Members of the Presidium are proposed to hold such a meeting on the coming Thursday to openly discuss all the strategic, tactical and organizational issues.

This month, as the Presidium of the Supreme Council approved earlier, the plenary sessions will be held December 13, 19 and 27.
