The stimulus to pay

Parliamentarian Galina Antyufeeva offered the stimulus to pay the penalty for the offense in the sphere of traffic. She emphasized the importance of providing opportunities for citizens, following the example of other countries pay only half of the amount of fines for traffic violations in the case of payment in ten days. The inclusion of this provision in Pridnestrovian legislation, according to the deputy, will be an incentive for payment of fines.

Amendments to the Administrative Code were approved by the deputies. The law-in-draft was adopted in the first reading. It is worth noting that the proposed introduction of a "discount" of the fines will not address certain types of offenses. Among them – there is motor vehicle driving while intoxicated, exceeding the speed, traffic violations, which caused light to moderate damage to health of the victim, and other offenses.
