The patent rates were reduced

The Supreme Council Deputies partly changed and supplemented the existing law "On the individual entrepreneur's patent". The author of the legislative initiative was Deputy Victor Guzun.

The essence of the proposal is to charge a fee for a patent with the merging in the "ordinary partnership" individual entrepreneurs, engaged in one activity, not on the maximum rates, as established by the local authorities for representative government. This proved the effectiveness of the legal rule in force during the past year within the framework of anti-crisis legislation. Now, however, it was proposed to extend a temporary as long as the parliament will not adopt the final version of the legislative initiative of the President Vadim Krasnoselsky the right of individual employers to hire employees.
