One of the buildings of the Municipal Secondary Educational Correctional Institution number 2 was opened in the capital after a major overhaul timed to the birthday of Tiraspol. The branch of the correctional kindergarten has been located for many years in the building constructed in 1961. The President of the PMR Vadim Krasnoselsky, the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Korshunov, the Chairman of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Rosenberg and the mayor of the capital Oleg Dovgopol came to the grand opening of the building after the repair.
There are two buildings of one educational institution. Both were built in the early 60s of the last century, both did not know a major overhaul until recently. Global changes began in one of the buildings of the Municipal Secondary Educational Correctional Institution No. 2 in March of this year. As part of the program of the Capital Investment Fund, 3.6 million rubles were allocated and the first major overhaul began. The roof was repaired, the facade was updated, the ventilation system was put in order, and the adjacent territory was landscaped. In the very building of the Municipal Secondary Educational Correctional Institution No. 2 in Trud Lane in Tiraspol, changes are also noticeable. There is a new coating, as well as updated engineering communications and plumbing instead of the old wooden floor hidden under the linoleum. Each of the six repaired groups is equipped with a defectologist's office for individual work with children. The local pupils have special needs after all.
The renovated building houses six of the ten open groups in the Municipal Secondary Educational Correctional Institution No. 2. There is also a music room, psychologist and medical care rooms, a catering unit and a laundry. Furniture and modern kitchen equipment were purchased under the Equal Opportunities state program.
The symbolic red ribbon at the entrance to the renovated building has been cut. The PMR President, the speaker of parliament and the head of the capital were shown beautiful groups and equipped premises for employees. The children have already become familiar with the new environment. They appreciated the new furniture and now enjoy the comfort and coziness in the usual, but noticeably prettier groups.
