Terms of consideration of applications of citizens will be shortened

The session of the Presidium was held in the Supreme Council under the chairmanship of the vice-speaker Galina Antyufeeva. Parliamentarians outlined lawmaking plans for the near future. In the course of the plenary session, which will be held January 24, parliamentarians will have to consider about 20 legislations. Among them there is a law-in-draft "On the lease of state and municipal property". The author of the law-in-draft is the Deputy Grigory Dyachenko. The legislator proposes to extend the lease term of state or municipal property to 5 years. In the author's opinion, this will allow tenants to make significant capital investments and keep leased objects in proper condition.

During the meeting of the presidium, it was noted that the Supreme Council received several legislations for consideration in the legislative necessity. The author is the President Vadim Krasnoselsky. Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council Galina Antufeeva urged colleagues to consider legislative initiatives in an expeditious manner.

Galina Antyufeeva also noted that a number of legislations deal with the implementation of agreements reached within the negotiation process in the "5 + 2" format. In particular, the functioning of Moldovan schools in Pridnestrovie, where teaching is done using Latin graphics.

Legislative initiatives will be discussed in the near future in the course of the meetings of parliamentary committees.
