Save the ecology, support entrepreneurs

Deputies in the second reading adopted amendment to the law "On the individual entrepreneurial patent". The government proposes to supplement the law with a new type of entrepreneurial activity. Now services for the collection and removal of solid household waste can be dealt with on the basis of an entrepreneurial patent. Parliamentarians supported the law-in-draft, calling it relevant especially for rural areas, where it is difficult to remove garbage.

As part of the consideration of the law-in-draft in the second reading, amendments were drafted by the deputies of the profile committee. The aim is to supplement this law with several other types of services. For example, the functioning of Internet centers will also be carried out on the basis of a patent. Another proposal of the deputies is to write down the line "other services" in the law. This category exists in the Russian legislation.
