Improving legislation

The deputies made amendments and addendum to some legislative acts. This is an initiative of parliamentarians Galina Antyufeyeva and Vitaly Kalin. The authors proposed to add cases of accelerated state registration of the right to an immovable property. According to the authors, this will contribute to the provision of quality services in the shortest possible time.

The law-in-draft was supported by the deputies in the first reading.

Parliamentarians during the plenary session supported the legislative initiative of a group of deputies of the Committee on Legislation. Amendments to the law “On the procedure for entering and exiting the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic” were adopted in the first reading. The essence of the law-in-draft was voiced by the co-author, Deputy Vitaly Kalin.

During the discussion of amendments, it was emphasized that this right would not apply to decisions taken by the courts in this matter.

It is stated in the rationale for the law-in-draft that today there are appeals of foreign citizens who were not born at the territory of the republic or who did not have a formal registration at the place of residence, who are thus deprived of the opportunity to live together with members of their family.

Amendments to the Criminal Code of the parliamentarian Oleg Petrik were adopted in the second reading in the course of the Meeting. The document deals with strengthening the responsibility for a crime related to the abuse of state symbols.
