Improving the legal framework

The President of the Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky endorsed a number of legislative acts that were previously adopted by deputies of the Supreme Council.

After being signed by the President, the law came into force, in accordance with which the total amount of expenditures required for the implementation of the state-run Tutorial Program for 2017–2021 was adjusted. It is 6.522.515 per every year. Corresponding changes have been made by deputies to the law on the budget of the current year. It is about publishing textbooks for 11th grade on the history of Pridnestrovie, which was introduced in schools as a compulsory subject. 87 thousand rubles will be used for their production, saved as a result of tenders held earlier.

In connection with the entry into force of the law "On the organization of public services", which is comprehensive, unified, President Vadim Krasnoselsky rejected the law "On the licensing system in the sphere of economic activity". Deputies of the Supreme Council in July of this year introduced fundamental amendments to the Law on the Organization of Public Services, the essence of which is to simplify the accessibility of services for the population, which are provided by various ministries and departments, local authorities on behalf of the state.A citizen through telecommunications systems can order the receipt of the necessary document or certificate. Simplification of procedures also contributes to the portal of public services. Gradually, ministries and departments join it.

The amendments to the Law on State Youth Policy stipulate that the costs associated with supporting the activities of youth election commissions can be financed within the limits of expenses allocated from the republican budget to support the activities of the CEC.
