Deputies will consider additions to certain laws in the legislative necessity regime tomorrow in the course of the plenary meeting. They were proposed by the President Vadim Krasnoselsky. This applies to specialists who are directly involved in the fight against the spread of coronavirus infection. The law-in-draft proposes to establish an advantage for this category of employees of medical institutions, employees of power ministries and volunteers in the form of a preferential calculation of length of service or length of service at the rate of one day for three.
A number of legislations that are on the agenda of the next meeting of the Supreme Council relate to the social protection of people with disabilities. In particular, it is proposed by law to consolidate the right of a disabled person to be accompanied in employment, to create conditions for work and to accelerate the professional adaptation of a disabled person in the workplace. Also at the plenary session, amendments and additions to the law “On Social Services for Elderly and Disabled Citizens” will be considered. The purpose of the law-in-draft is to improve the work of social service institutions, improve the quality of services, as well as an individual approach to those who need social services.
In addition, at the next plenary meeting, deputies will consider legislations with amendments to the laws “On pharmaceutical activities in the PMR” and “On the budget of the Unified State Social Insurance Fund of the PMR for 2020”.
The plenary agenda includes reports on the implementation of a number of state targeted programs, in particular, cancer, immunization, prevention of tuberculosis and HIV / AIDS infection. Deputies will also hear reports on the implementation of the Equal Opportunities program and the program for providing orphans and children without parental care with their own housing.
