28.01.2022

Deputies of the Supreme Council will consider a number of socially significant legislations at the plenary session, which will be held on February 2. Thus, the state target program “Provision of housing for combatants to protect the PMR for the period 2022–2031” will be submitted for discussion in the first reading. Currently, 401 combatants are in need of their own housing.

The 2022 budget already includes funds for the purchase of 41 apartments.

Deputies will also consider amendments to the law “On State Pension Provision of Citizens in the PMR” in the first reading at the next plenary session. Deputies Sergei Cheban and Grigory Dyachenko proposed in their legislative initiative to give Pridnestrovians the right to apply to social protection authorities for a pension 3 months before the age of entitlement to a pension.

The Supreme Council will consider a draft law with amendments to the law "On additional guarantees for the social protection of orphans and children left without parental care" in the second reading on February 2. It is proposed to keep benefits for utilities, monthly allowance for food, annual allowance for the purchase of clothes, as well as a number of other benefits for orphans and children left without parental care. We are talking about persons who have reached the age of 18, who studied at a hospital and were fully supported by the state, but went on leave to care for a child up to 3 years old.

Deputies will consider amendments to the law "On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the PMR economy" in the first reading at the plenary session on February 2. They provide support to start-up entrepreneurs in the form of a soft loan for the creation and development of their own business. The state is ready to subsidize a 10% rate on a preferential loan, as well as provide grants to start-up entrepreneurs.

1 million 103 thousand rubles are allocated for measures to support start-up entrepreneurs in the 2022 budget.
