Deputies supported the initiative of Oleg Bayev and Vadim Krasnoselsky, who propose to establish privileges and preferences for parents whose children died as a result of the fighting in 1992. As it was noted during the meeting by Oleg Bayev, this category of citizens fell out of the list of those to whom the state provides social support. Today, this list includes participants in the fighting for the protection of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, families of combatants and the family of deceased defenders of the republic.The law "On Social Protection of War Veterans" was supplemented by a norm that prescribes benefits and guarantees to parents, including single parents whose children died as a result of hostilities in PMR in 1992. This category of Pridnestrovians, in particular, is offered to provide a number of benefits. This is the priority provision in the workplace of permits for medical reasons in a sanatorium, a dispensary, a department for the rehabilitation of health facilities, rest house, and non-working - free provision with permits once every two years by the relevant bodies that provide pensions; the right to use the next annual leave at a convenient time for them, as well as to receive additional leave without pay for up to two weeks per year. The parents of deceased children will also be given the pre-emptive right to leave at work if the number or staff of employees reduced due to changes in the organization of production and labor and employment in the event of liquidation of an enterprise, institution or organization; The right to receive one-time preferential loans to banking institutions for individual (cooperative) housing construction, as well as for the acquisition (construction) of garden houses and improvement of garden plots; Free transportation by all types of public transport (except taxis), public transport in rural areas, as well as by buses of suburban and republican routes within the republic and a number of other benefits and guarantees.The legislative initiative was supported by the Government.The document was adopted in the first reading. It is assumed that after adoption in the final reading, it will enter into force January 1, 2017.
