Parliamentarian Galina Antyufeeva proposed to improve the law "On State benefits for citizens with children". During the meetings with the voters, as well as the reception on personal matters, the deputy from the electoral district №32 often raises the issue of payment of monthly allowance for child care until the age of one and a half years. Today, mothers, payroll deductions which are made of a single social tax to the State Fund of obligatory social insurance, receive an allowance of 110 MW. Those who are not working or studying on a part-time form, it sets an allowance of 35 MW.

According to the relevant ministry, these purposes will require additional funding from the state budget in the amount of 21 million rubles a year.

Considering the urgent problem of voters, deputies adopted the proposed initiative in the first reading.
