Deputies in the first reading adopted a law-in-draft aimed at protecting orphaned children.

It was proposed to increase a number of children in foster care to enter the salaries parents who have decided to take on the education of the child from the orphanage or children's home. The amount of payment will be equal to the salary of educators institutions, where children orphaned. At the same time it stated that the foster family can take the education to four children. It is also planned to increase this amount to the parents, who have taken to the family of children with disabilities.

This law-in-draft has been developed by analogy with the Russian legislation, where a well-developed foster care.

As noted by the head of the relevant ministry, social protection agencies intend to take control of the education of the orphans under control. It is also planned to ensure that both adoptive parents spend money allocated to them.

There were more supporters of legislative initiative. A majority of vote the Deputies in the first reading adopted another law-in-draft aimed at social support of citizens. The rule was proposed that children from large families, regardless of the parents' employment, will receive free tickets to the health camps.
