24.05.2022

Online meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council was held today. Members of the Presidium determined the work for the near future - they supplemented the agenda of the plenary meeting for May 25 and determined which legislations would be included in the agenda of the plenary meeting scheduled for June 2.

Several issues have been added to the agenda of the plenary session of the Supreme Council, which will be held tomorrow, May 25. Among them there are changes to the 2022 budget, which relate to the redistribution of balances from last year, as well as law-in-draft on measures of state support for economic entities in the new external conditions. The Economic Policy Committee prepared these legislations for consideration and adoption in the second reading. There are correction tables.

The Legislation Committee presented a package of legislations sent by the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the mode of legislative necessity. Changes are proposed to be made to several existing laws, they relate to "the legalization of the use of unmanned civil aircraft, including unmanned aerial systems that allow you to control these unmanned civil aircraft". The draft laws are designed to regulate the procedure for using the airspace of Pridnestrovie by unmanned aerial vehicles. For example, the Air Code of the PMR introduces the concepts of "unmanned aircraft", "manned aircraft", "unmanned aircraft system", as well as the rules on mandatory state registration of unmanned aircraft. The package of legislations will be considered by the Supreme Council at the plenary session on May 25.

The agenda of the plenary session for June 2 was formed today from legislative initiatives prepared for consideration in the first and second readings by the Committee on Legislation, the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex and the Committee on Social Policy and Health.
