Congratulations on Easter Sunday!

Dear Pridnestrovians!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on the Bright Sunday!

Easter is the most solemn and joyous Christian holiday. It symbolizes moral renewal, the salvation of the world and person, the triumph of life, goodness and light. Easter celebrations turn us to centuries-old traditions, spiritual and cultural heritage of Orthodoxy, unite people, bring grace, harmony, mercy into our lives.

We all think about how valuable it is to be close to family and friends, to cherish and love them. How important in our world is kindness and justice, disinterested help and support. This is the meaning of the Christian faith.

I sincerely wish that Easter days will warm your hearts with love and goodness, bring health and prosperity, mutual understanding and happiness, peace and harmony to your homes!

May the joy of the bright holiday of Easter inspire you only for good deeds and give strength for new achievements!
