The Hearings answered Questions from Lawmakers

The hearing was initiated by “The Obnovlenie” parliamentary faction. The meeting was held on the eve of the third reading of the draft budget-2019, within the framework of which state target programs, including capital investments, will be approved. The final reading of the draft republican budget is scheduled for December 12.

The capital investments fund was created this year. There were targeted funds aimed at restoring social facilities in the budget: construction, reconstruction of hospitals, schools, kindergartens. As the President determined, the priority for next year is healthcare. The total number of objects in this area throughout the country is 33, the allocated amount is more than 42 million rubles. The list also includes objects of education, culture and sports. This is a reconstruction of houses of culture in Vladimirovka, Ternovka, Malaeshty, a pool in Bendery, repairs in kindergartens. The Deputy from Bendery Oleg Petrik spoke about poor condition in kindergarten number 27.

As the head of Bendery state administration Roman Ivanchenko explained, all requests for repairs were studied, a commission visited all the sites, and the “worst of the worst” were selected. They entered the program for the next year. As for this kindergarten, it is likely that funds will be found in the local budget.

Next year, 101 million rubles were directed for the implementation of the capital investments program, 53 million rubles for the overhaul program, and approximately 32 million rubles for the purchase of medical equipment.

Responding to a question from Deputy Andrei Safonov regarding the construction of a republican rehabilitation center for persons with disabilities in Tiraspol, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection emphasized that this is a new institution for the country, moving the facility, which will complete all work in 2019.

The parliamentarian Peter Pasat, for example, was interested in the need to build two primary health center in the villages of the Dubossary District. His colleague, Oleg Vasilaty, clarified: is there enough of the amount included in the program for the installation of an elevator in the Slobodzeya district hospital? The deputy Vadim Doni asked whether such an object as a dispensary in Pervomaisk entered the program of 2019. He was assured - all work will be completed this year.

Summing up the hearings, the head of the parliamentary faction thanked the members of the Government for the provided information, said that it would be communicated to each deputy.
