Dear Pridnestrovians, residents of Slobodzeya!

Please accept sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 253rd anniversary of the founding of the city of Slobodzeya on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf!

The history of the Slobodzeya region is rich and multifaceted. As a result of the difficult path traveled from the development of the territory, through the Great Patriotic War, to the restoration of the economy a fertile land was created, which is the result of the work of many generations. You continue those glorious traditions that were laid down by our ancestors by investing in the improvement of your small homeland and the republic as a whole today.

Your feeling of love for your native city is expressed in the ability and desire to work, the revival of cultural heritage, in creative success, respect for veterans and the elderly, in worthy education of the younger generation, in maintaining fortitude and faith in the future, solidarity and unity in achieving common goals .

I am sure that the concern for our common home and the desire to make it even better will be carefully preserved by future generations.

I wish you all health, prosperity and success in good undertakings for the benefit of your beloved city and the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic!
