Following the Letter of the Law

Officers of the court celebrated the 13th anniversary of the founding. The Supreme Soviet deputy Andrei Safonov spoke in public in the course of the solemn meeting.

Andrei Safonov read a welcome address of the Chairman of the Supreme Council Vadim Krasnoselsky on the occasion of the 13th anniversary.

Currently it employs about 80 bailiffs in the republic. There are more than 1,200 enforcement proceedings for each of them. According to the Head of Bailiffs Service Lyudmila Bakradze, the load per employee increased by 200 executive documents last year, compared with the 2014 year. Totally 63 million rubles was collected. About 10 million were transferred to the budgets of various, more than 13 million rubles is collected and transferred to claimants according to maintenance obligations.

A number of employees were honored by state and departmental awards within the framework of the solemn meeting.
