Wide range of discussed legislations

Issues on the agenda of today's plenary session were subject to review by members of the "Obnovlenie" faction. They, in particular related to the amendments to the Electoral Code. We are talking about the content of ballots, where candidates are marked with the same name (in this case it was proposed to place their photo). In the course of discussion, opinions about the complex mechanism of implementation in the future of these legal norms were heard. The final decision on this contentious issue is up to deputies.

Members of the "Obnovlenie" faction also discussed the amendments to existing legislation relating to payment of the annual fee for the land share. Let’s remember that earlier, the Supreme Council deputies adopted in the first reading the law-in-draft that collective farm worker have this right in addition to state farm workers. The proposed amendments relate to the general seniority, whereby the said right will come into effect. Deputies of parliamentary committee on agriculture raised the question of the possible accession to the recipients of compensation for land share by workers of specialized state farm workers.

Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance Oleg Vasilaty placed the subject of legislative regulation of the control measures implemented by the central bank concerning commercial banks that make up the second level of a two-tier banking system of the republic for consideration of the faction colleagues. This includes both planned and extraordinary inspections.

Member of the parliamentary faction "Obnovlenie" Sergei Cheban drew attention to the need for colleagues to more carefully study provisions of the law-in-draft that determines the order of compulsory insurance against accidents at work.
