The agenda of the plenary sessions has been formed

Meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic took place today. Members of the Presidium voted to hold the next plenary meeting on 28 September. The agenda included legislations prepared for consideration by the Supreme Council Committees on Legislation and Regional Policy and Housing and Communal Services. In particular these are amendments and additions to the current legislation to improve the norms of the Constitutional Law "On the Status of Judges in the PMR", the Law "On Investigative Activities in the PMR", the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Offenses. A number of legislative initiatives are aimed at correcting and clarifying some concepts in accordance with the current legislation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the harmonization of Pridnestrovian legislation with Russian legislation continues. The Committee on Regional Policy and Housing and Communal Services submitted to the plenary session on September 28 amendments and additions to the Housing Code.

Legislative initiatives considered and prepared by the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance, by the decision of the Presidium, supplemented the agenda of tomorrow's plenary session (September 21). The legislations, initiated by the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, mainly relate to changes in the taxation system of the republic.
