Sergei Gubarev, Ambassador at Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, represents the guarantor country and the mediator in the "5 + 2" negotiation format. Today he was a guest of Pridnestrovian parliament, where a meeting of the Russian diplomat with the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba, the vice speaker, the head of the parliamentary commission on foreign policy and international relations Galina Antyufeeva, members of the commission Victor Guzun, Igor Buga, Andrey Safonov was held.

The Russian diplomat commented on the results of the meeting in the Supreme Council and the pause in the negotiation process, and unilateral actions of the Ukrainian authorities.

The Russian diplomat did not ignore the recent decision of the Constitutional Court, which recognized Pridnestrovie as an occupied territory.
