Legislative work in the framework of plenary session started with discussion of the package of presidential initiatives submitted for consideration in the regime of legislative necessity. The author suggests certain amendments to one of the most dynamically updated documents - the Administrative Code and the Criminal Code of PMR.

One of the new features provided by the law-in-draft - is the establishment of responsibility for violation of fire safety rules, resulting in the occurrence of forest fires. A proposal to toughen punishment for petty hooliganism and intentional damage of property was discussed. The issue was raised that the current legislation is the guardian of the penetration of only houses of citizen, bypassing the legal protection of private households adjacent territory. The initiative developer proposed to introduce administrative responsibility for unauthorized illegal penetration.

The parliamentarians spoke about necessity for a thorough study of gravity of the offense before prescription in law such a serious criminal offense. Taking into account that representatives of the president declared their readiness to revise, the relevant committee recommended the adoption of the initiative to amend the Code of Administrative Offences and the Criminal Code in the first reading with the comments. But there were not enough parliamentary votes to support them even at such a formulation. Legislations are considered to be rejected.
