At the beginning of the traditional weekly meeting of “The Obnovlenie” parliamentary faction, its leader Pyotr Pasat reminded his colleagues about observance of the principle of party discipline, which, first of all, should be expressed in visiting the meetings of the faction. Absolute record in this was made by the deputy head of the faction, the chairman of the parliamentary committee for economic policy, budget and finance Alexander Korshunov. He visited all 22 meetings that took place this year.

The composition of the only faction of the Supreme Council was replenished by two more deputies. The application for joining “The Obnovlenie” parliamentary faction "" was written by Vadim Kravchuk and Sergey Vasilyev. At present, it consists of 20 people's deputies, which makes up almost half of the deputy corps. The faction also has many supporters. The head of the faction said that a joint meeting of the presidiums of the Supreme Council and the Government is tentatively scheduled for next week.

Later, members of “The Obnovlenie” faction considered the most complicated issues on the agenda of today's plenary session - there are about 50 of them. They concern the possibility of finding employment for judges of the Constitutional Court after the end of their term of office (the maximum period that a judge of the CC is entitled to occupy this high state position is 14 years ); payment of severance pay to judges after retirement; exclusion from the Civil Code of such a concept as a "contract of personal hiring"; non-collection of taxes on gratuitously transferred property; Expansion of the list of recipients of soft loans by means of disabled people who were injured in defending the USSR in other wars, armed conflicts, other military operations, as well as in local wars and armed conflicts in the territory of other states; the empowerment of local authorities to exempt large families from local fees.

At the end of the meeting, members of the “The Obnovlenie” faction determined the procedure for hearing the report on the work of the central bank in 2016. It was noted that incorrect management decisions in the sphere of monetary policy, which were taken, including by the monetary authorities of the republic during 2012-2016, led to the acute need for devaluation of Pridnestrovian ruble, which subsequently caused price increases and "dispersed" inflation.
