Speaker of the Parliament, deputy of the Supreme Council for the constituency №7 “Pervomaysky” Bendery Vadim Krasnoselsky held a reception of citizens on personal matters.

People with their problems, suggestions, opinions and parting words go to the public reception of the Supreme Council deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky. When we arrived for covering of the reception, visitors were waiting in the hallway.

There was not enough room in a close cabinet for the first group in its entirety. Former employees of the fire-guard service Bendery Grain Production, which is now a state-owned enterprise came to the reception to the legislator. Why is the former? Because they were dismissed, they consider illegal, as far back as 2014. Their interests are represented by a lawyer of the Bar PMR Vladimir Kravchenko. It is very difficult for not well informed person to understand the intricacies of the liquidation of the structure, the establishment of the new, of recruitment of new staff ignorant. But in the end, actually people, behind which the family, the children are without means of subsistence, severance pay, job offers. According to the lawyer who protects their legitimate interests, enterprise administration were violated articles 175-177 of the Labour Code. Moreover, the administration has not received necessary in such cases, the consent of the trade union committee.

The case of dismissal (reduction) was considered by the court of first instance. The lawyer for the protection of labor interests of dismissed prepared an appeal to the Supreme Court.

Deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky having listened carefully to the arguments of petitioners, in order to fully clarify the emerging picture, asked the representative of a number of clarifying questions.

Multistorey building was put into operation in 1996, this year it celebrated its 20th anniversary. It was accepted unfinished, hence the current problems. The most important among them – is uncomfortable yard. There is plenty of water near the entrances, which gives a great inconvenience to tenants. Leaking roof also eliminates the plaster of the entrance "peaks" is not in a proper condition. Things with building heating and hot water are not in the best way.

The Supreme Council deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky promised together with those present at the reception of citizens on personal matters Bendery deputy city council to try to solve the problem of home improvement yard №81Kalinin Street, as well as the repair of pipes for hot water supply and heat of tenants. The Deputy made a formal request to the head of the local state administration on these issues.

Lubovi Pakalyuk asked the people's deputy to help resolve her personal problems. For two years she has worked in a local company. Subsequently, it ceased its activities; the head is sought by law enforcement agencies. State structures do not take into account these two years to determine the length of service is now on a woman's pension. Lubovi Pakalyuk managed to make corresponding employment records. Despite the fact that the situation is difficult, Vadim Krasnoselsky advised the visitor to draw to his name written statement of the problem and a copy of the work book for further resolution of the issue.

The concern for the lives and safety of countrymen, especially children, has led to the public reception of the deputy of the Supreme Council resident of Bendery Vladimir Lyaskovsky. He considers that the number of busy highways - Sovetskaya Street, Moscovskaya, Dvorianskaya, cross-Kalinin and Gagarin - need to establish additional traffic signs and appropriate markup indicating pedestrian crossings. He also believes that in some areas the speed of vehicular traffic should be limited. In this endeavor he was supported and Vadim Krasnoselsky. People chosen Bendery believes that to solve this problem is to work on traffic engineer, who will determine exactly where you need to install additional signs regulating traffic. The statement will be forwarded to the city management and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Vadim Krasnoselsky knows about this problem not hearsay, because of several years as head of Bendery Department of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Internal Affairs PMR.

As Vadim Krasnoselsky told to all who came to reception, his assistant conducts receiving three times a week from 10 to 13 in the public reception. He himself will conduct voter reception of Pervomaisky district on personal matters at least once a month.
