Please accept the kindest congratulations on the day of knowledge, the beginning of the new academic year on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf!

A wonderful time begins - a time of learning new things, a time of amazing discoveries for everyone who sits down at school desks for the first time on September 1, opens the doors of colleges and technical schools, comes to university classrooms. We, adults, kindly remember these best years of aspirations, the years of youth and hopes, which will surely come true for everyone who wants and is able to work.

Today's life requires from a person not only knowledge, but also the ability to use it in practice, the willingness to learn throughout his life. I hope that you will make full use of all the opportunities now available to you and will be able to take your rightful place in life in the future.

I sincerely wish that every schoolchild or student will be able to maximize their talents and realize their potential on the difficult path of education in the new academic year!
