I congratulate you on your professional holiday – Customs Day on behalf of the deputies of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf!

The customs service is an effective tool for strengthening the economic security of our country, protecting the domestic market, regulating foreign trade and replenishing budget revenues.

Customs authorities continue to confidently follow the path of improving forms and methods of work, effective changes in customs technologies coping with the assigned tasks efficiently. All this allows us to significantly increase the efficiency of customs clearance of goods, passage through checkpoints, ensure effective control and improve the quality of service for participants in foreign economic activity.

The work of law enforcement units of customs authorities to combat smuggling, violations of currency and export legislation, and other threats to the country's security is being improved. The interaction between customs authorities and representatives of the business community of the republic continues to develop.

The achieved work results indicate the responsible and professional attitude of each employee to the implementation of the tasks assigned. I hope that the team of customs authorities of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic will continue to honorably fulfill their official duty and ensure law and order in the customs sphere.
