I congratulate you on your professional holiday – the Day of the Diplomatic Service Officer of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf.

It is difficult today to imagine a state without a diplomatic service; it is rightfully one of the most important tools for implementing the national strategy.

We are living in difficult times, a difficult foreign policy and economic situation, and employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pridnestrovie face the difficult task of clearly and effectively implementing the foreign policy course of our republic in these difficult conditions.

Your activities require daily care, persnickety work, and the ability to quickly and competently solve various issues and find the most correct ways to resolve them.

You have such qualities as a responsible approach to work, knowledge and ability to find the necessary compromises, a keen sense of any intentions and a prompt response to any challenges. Your professionalism truly deserves deep recognition and respect.

I am confident that you will continue to bear the high title of Pridnestrovian diplomat with pride and dignity.
