Congratulations on the Day of Russia!

Dear Pridnestrovians, citizens of Russia and compatriots!

I congratulate you on an important public holiday – the Day of Russia on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf!

Russia is home to millions of people who share common values and sincerely care about the well-being of future generations. The tradition of unity for the sake of creative work, the protection of the native land has been enriched by the ideals of freedom and democracy, the priority of human and civil rights, firmly established in the public consciousness today.

The people who by their daily work increase the national heritage, who strive to pass it on to future generations, are the main wealth, the main support of the Russian state.

Our ancestors created a great power, left a worthy legacy to their descendants. The chronicle of courage, love of freedom and talent of the Russian people is a moral guide, a source of inspiration and patriotism for contemporaries.

The Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic highly appreciates the comprehensive support from the Russian Federation, a country that is the guarantor of peace and stability in our republic, with which Pridnestrovians pin their hopes for a better future.

I express confidence that the established relations of mutually beneficial cooperation and good neighborliness will continue to develop successfully.

I wish all the Russian people health, prosperity, peace and success in implementing their plans for the benefit of the Russian Federation!
