This day unites athletes, coaches, sports veterans, physical education teachers, workers in the field of physical culture and sports and everyone who loves sports.

Happy nation is healthy nation! Physical culture and sports today regain their status as an important tool in solving many social problems, in educating young people, improving their physical and moral culture.

Today in our republic opportunities for mass physical culture and sports are increasing. Sports grounds are being built in cities and rural areas, workout-sites have already entered into everyday life, and a lot of work has begun on the reconstruction of sports facilities in the republic.

I am sure we must unite efforts to further popularize physical culture and sports among the population - a cause to which every coach and physical education teacher dedicated life.
