Dear healthcare workers!
Please accept sincere congratulations on your professional holiday on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my behalf!
The profession of a medical worker is noble and humane, you do not have holidays and days off. This profession requires special moral qualities: mercy, sensitivity, empathy, the ability to share other people's pain and suffering. Health workers must and constantly improve, raise the level of knowledge and study the latest medical technologies.
You are fighting for human lives, showing compassion and sensitivity, responsibility and kindness every day, at any time of the day. You come to the rescue in difficult times, sometimes doing the impossible, honorably fulfilling the Hippocratic oath.
Despite all the difficulties that the healthcare sector is experiencing today, the prestige of a medical worker remains high. There are no secondary professions in medicine today. Nothing can replace the good hands and heart of a doctor, the care of a nurse, the benevolent advice of a pharmacist, the attention of a sanitary worker. Not only development, but the very existence of the healthcare system is unthinkable without competent and responsible people who work in medicine.
I am sure that the loyalty to their work and the high professionalism of doctors will continue to be aimed at preserving the greatest values bestowed on a person – his life and health.
I wish you health, success, prosperity and stability. May your care and warmth always resonate with patients and return to you, warming you in any life situation.
Chairman of the Supreme Council
of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic
