Congratulations on Cosmonautics Day!

Dear Pridnestrovians!

I congratulate you on Cosmonautics Day on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf!

April 12 is the date when the first man flew into space, and it was our, the Soviet man - Yuri Gagarin. We proved with this flight our superiority to the whole world, opening a new era in the history of mankind.

This flight became a great achievement of Russian science. Engineers, designers, test pilots, and teams from factories and enterprises worked hard on this project. It was truly a cosmic triumph.

Pridnestrovian food industry enterprises contributed to the development of the space program, for example, in the development and production of space food for Soviet cosmonauts.

Slobodzeya land reclamation workers were among the first in the world to begin introducing the achievements of space research into the practice of organizing agricultural production.

This significant day once again proves that nothing is impossible for our people, that over time the wildest dream can come true.

We remember again and again Gagarin's historical phrase: “Off we go!” It gives motivation to each of us, it charges us with inexhaustible energy to create and conquer new frontiers, which in the recent past seemed fantastic, but are becoming reality now.

Let the conquest of space keep pace with creative activity on earth, for the benefit of our loved ones and the entire Pridnestrovian people!
