Dear Pridnestrovians!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic I congratulate you on the national holiday – Constitution Day of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic!

The Constitution of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic lays down a solid foundation for protecting the interests of the country, forming a rule-of-law state that should serve the people and work for the well-being of every person.

The Basic Law is not only a guarantor of individual rights and freedoms, but also imposes certain obligations on all of us to each other. It is mutual respect between people that is a prerequisite for the harmonious development of society, the creation of favorable conditions for modern economic development and the implementation of social transformations.

I am confident that strict adherence to constitutional principles will be the key to the successful implementation of the economic, cultural and spiritual potential of our people.
