A personnel officer is an employee with a number of irreplaceable qualities, such as competence, hard work, responsibility, teamwork, loyalty, tact.

I am sure: the great experience passed from generation to generation by the personnel of personnel services, the skills and ability to resolve any work issues, responsibility in work will continue to serve the good of our republic.
