Retired person asked to pay attention to the problem of large families, namely to reduce patent cost from this category of citizens. His son - the head of a large family has 8 children. The man bought a patent and was engaged in construction and finishing works to feed his family.
Electors’ mandate was implemented. Members of large families are exempted from fees for the patent. The law was adopted by deputies and entered into force January 1 this year. It was recalculated for people who have already bought a patent. Inspections of small businesses and individual entrepreneurs were suspended during the year. Vladimir Kovalchuk informed the head of the State Administration of Kamenka and Kamenka District Vladimir Bychkov. He also spoke about the results of the meeting with the businessmen from Kamenka in an interview with the parliamentary press service.

The film crew was warmly welcomed by 8 children and their mother - Natalia Kovalchuk. Her eldest daughter is 17, the youngest in the family is 4. The woman says that previously had a hard time. Because of the high patent fees and lack of orders her husband was forced to leave the republic in search of work. The implementation of the national program Vadim Krasnoselsky gave the large family of hope for a better future. They believe that father will work in his hometown and will no longer be a long time to go to work, they will live together - large and very friendly family.
In addition to free patent, as well as other large families they will be given 100% from the fees for the consumed within the social norms of gas.
