Russian students will be required to work under a contract

06.08.2018

The rules of targeted training were clarified in Russia. This is reported by "The Parliamentary Gazette". A graduate of a university that has been trained under a contract of targeted training will have to work for at least three years at an enterprise specified in the contract. The law provides that the contract on targeted education will include the citizen's obligation to master this educational program.

The graduate will have to fully reimburse the customer for the targeted training expenses associated with the provision of social support in the course of education if the terms of the contract are not met.

As an additional responsibility for both students and employers for non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract, a fine is provided in the amount of the expenditures of the corresponding budget, at the expense of which the citizen was trained, this money will be directed "to financial provision of educational activity for higher education educational programs".

The corresponding law was signed by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. Earlier the document was approved by the Federation Council.

This initiative, the senator clarified, assumes a complete modernization of the institution of targeted admission and training.

The issue of contracting with graduates, state employees was earlier discussed in Pridnestrovie. The task of preparing cadres, in demand for the economy of the republic, was set by the President Vadim Krasnoselsky before the profile ministry, as well as the leadership of the university. The work over the legislative settlement of this issue is conducted at the Supreme Council. The law-in-draft is under consideration by the Committee on Education, Science and Culture. Deputies repeatedly emphasized: it is necessary to develop the most transparent and effective mechanism.
