Russian politicians congratulate Pridnestrovians

Russian political and public figures remember the anniversary of Pridnestrovie. They recorded and sent video greetings to the office of the Supreme Council in Moscow.

Chairman of the Committee on Education and Science of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Nikonov noted: Pridnestrovians are courageous people who defended their independence and freedom 30 years ago.

Gennady Onishchenko, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Education and Science of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, emphasizedin his address that over 30 years the Pridnestrovians have hardened and brought up a high sense of pride. The Russian Federation has been closely following the development of the Pridnestrovian state for all 30 years and helps in various spheres.

Elena Sutormina, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Russian Peace Foundation and a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, said, addressing the residents of the republic: the fraternal Russian people are always with the Pridnestrovians, and by joint efforts everything can be overcome.

30 years ago, the Pridnestrovian people showed maturity and historical flair, firmly defending their rights and freedom. Natalia Narochnitskaya, a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Historical Sciences, expressed these words to the Pridnestrovians, addressing the leadership and residents of the PMR.
