Russian deputies will prepare amendments to liberalize the criminal legislation

According to the first vice-speaker of the State Duma Zhukov, several important orders to the Duma and the government were voiced in the Message. They have to prepare amendments to the federal legislation relating to the liberalization of criminal legislation in the spring session.

The State Duma will also offer ways to solve the problem of inefficient use of agricultural land. This was stated by the chairman of the lower house Committee on Agriculture Nikolai Pankov, commenting on the relevant argument of the Message of Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly.

The deputy noted that the parliamentarians are working so that more land were cultivated, not overgrown with grass. Putin's attention to this problem, says Pankow, will work efficiently in the legal framework, and finally as efficiently as possible to resolve this issue.
