Dear residents and guests of Rybnitsa!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and me personally please receive congratulations on the 392nd anniversary of the founding of the city of Rybnitsa!

Immersed in greenery and flowers, clean and comfortable, it does not leave anyone indifferent to its beauty who has ever been here. The entire history of the city is inextricably linked with the centuries-old chronicle, in which there are many beautiful pages.

A special milestone in the history of the city, which changed its appearance and fate, was the construction of the largest enterprises of the metallurgical and cement industries.

This is a city covered with the glory of the komsomol construction projects and the romance of work. Books, poems and songs have been written about it.

Today, once again, I would like to say words of gratitude to everyone who, with their daily work, contributes to the development of the city, actively participates in public life. Let your energy, hard work, creative and intellectual potential serve the further development of Rybnitsa.

I wish that everything that has been achieved will be preserved and necessarily multiplied. Let the most daring projects be realized, new labor heights taken! I wish all residents of the city health, happiness and prosperity, good luck in all good deeds!
