Dear residents of the city of Rybnitsa!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, I congratulate you on the City Day!

This is a holiday that unites all citizens regardless of age, nationality, religion and profession, those who were born in Rybnitsa, and those who connected their destiny with them, for whom the city became native and beloved.

During your many years of history, your wonderful city has experienced a lot: the times of the Ottoman Empire, Polish domination, and the occupation of fascist troops.

Rybnitsa is the "northern capital" of Pridnestrovie. This is an important cultural, industrial and educational center of our state, there are budget-forming enterprises of national importance - the Moldavian Metallurgical Plant and the Rybnitsa Cement Plant.

Today Rybnitsa is a dynamically developing modern city that preserved its historical identity, unique appearance and unique beauty. The main wealth of the city is the inhabitants, who give their strength, talent and knowledge for prosperity, sincerely loving their land.

From the bottom of my heart I wish the city of Rybnitsa to grow and develop, and the residents of Rybnitsa - strong health, prosperity, happiness, prosperity and success in all endeavors.
