Results of scientific activity

The State Commission on Evaluation of the Results of Scientific and Innovative Activity of Organizations Pridnestrovie for 2017 began to work in Pridnestrovian State University. This is reported by the press center of the PSU. The commission included Pridnestrovian scientists, government officials. Among them, the chairman of the parliamentary committee for education, science and culture, PhD in geography, associate professor Mikhail Burla.

The State Commission heard reports on the activities of the seven research laboratories of the PSU named after T. Shevchenko last year: “Polaron”, “Archeology”, “History of Pridnestrovie”, “Sociology”, “Legal Studies”," “Lingua” and “Fakla”.

The head of the Research Institute "Polaron", Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor, Stepan Beryl made a report on the work done for the year. According to him, the research laboratory performs fundamental research in the sphere of solid state physics, working together with the leading scientific centers of Russia and CIS countries: the Moscow State University, named after Lomonosov, Moscow State University, the Institute of General Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the State Optical Institute, etc.

Members of the state commission noted the scientific and practical value of the conducted studies and unanimously approved all seven reports. The work of the state commission will last for several more days. During this period, there will be reports of nineteen research laboratories operating on the basis of Pridnestrovian State University and seventeen scientific research units of other departments of the republic.
