The government submitted a draft law enshrining the duty of graduates of vocational schools, trained at the expense of the republican budget, to work for three years on the obtained specialty in state authorities, local self-government, organizations of any organizational and legal forms of ownership. Otherwise, the costs spent on training the student will have to be compensated.
As the head of the ministry emphasized, drafting of the law-in-draft is caused by an acute shortage of specialists in some sectors. The sphere of enlightenment is needed in the cadres. In the new academic year, only 60 young specialists joined the educational establishment, if necessary more than 200.
Members of the parliamentary committee for education, science and culture took an active part in drafting the legislation. The head of the committee, Mikhail Burla, emphasized that the introduction of this system should be approached in detail, so that educational institutions do not lose potential students. This will be taken into account when the draft law is finalized for the second reading.
