The Decisions of the President

President of Pridnestrovie Vadim Krasnoselsky signed the first decrees and orders.

According to the Decree of the President of PMR №1 current government will perform their duties until the formation of a new staff. According to another decree of Vadim Krasnoselsky, heads of the KGB, SCC, the Investigative Committee of the State Service of bailiffs, as well as the Secretary of the State Council and the Commissioner of the President of PMR for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs will serve till a separate decision of the President of PMR.

A separate decree for the post of Head of the Presidential Administration of PMR appointed Sergei Belous. A decree on dismissal of the chief of the Security Service of the President of PMR Sergei Monula was signed today. Vitaly Melenciuc was appointed to this post.

Another presidential decree was associated with the temporary ban on the conclusion and execution of the previously concluded transactions and agreements with state and municipal property. The executive agencies of state power, their subordinate organizations, closed and open joint-stock companies with state participation, as well as the bodies of the budget and extra-budgetary funds temporarily banned its transfer, debit and destroy.
