The agenda of the next plenary meeting was supplemented by decision of the Presidium

Meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the PMR took place, at which the agenda of the next plenary meeting was supplemented by the decision of parliamentarians today. It will take place this Tuesday, on the 26th of September.

Thus, parliamentarians will consider a number of tax packages of legislations at the proposal of the relevant Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance, tomorrow in the second reading. They concern amendments and additions to the laws “On the Unified Social Tax and Mandatory Insurance Contribution”, “Special Tax Regime – Simplified Taxation System”, “Special Tax Regime – on Self-Employed Persons”, “Special Tax Regime – Patent Taxation System”, “On the basics of the tax system in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, as well as “On personal income tax”. The final decision on them must be made, and the documents must be signed by the head of state no later than October 1, according to current legislation.

The Committee on Social Policy proposed this Tuesday to consider the changes proposed by the Government to the Labor Code of the PMR; they relate to changes in the weekend calendar. Another law-in-draft at the request of the Ministry of Health provides for the transfer of funds for the purchase of necessary medical equipment without increasing the previously designated limits.

The next plenary meeting will be held on October 4 in the plenary meeting hall of the Supreme Council of the PMR at the proposal of the Speaker of Parliament Alexander Korshunov, which was supported by the chairmen of the Committees.
